At Devdaksh Astrology, we are committed to providing quality astrological services and spiritual products. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and user-friendly, while ensuring fairness to both parties. Please read the terms carefully before placing any order.

Cancellation of Astrology Consultations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled consultation.

  • Cancellations made after this window will not be eligible for a refund.

  • You may request a reschedule once, subject to astrologer availability.

Cancellation of Product Orders

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).

  • Customized or personalized spiritual products are not eligible for cancellation once processing starts.

Cancellation of Puja Services / Rituals

  • Puja bookings are made in advance and involve priest assignments and material preparations.

  • You may cancel your puja booking at least 48 hours prior to the event date to receive a refund.

  • If the puja process or preparations have already begun, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

Refund Process

  • If eligible, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original mode of payment.

  • Any service charges, taxes, or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
