We strive to ensure every client is satisfied with the services they receive. However, due to the nature of astrological and spiritual consultation services, we maintain a specific refund policy outlined below:
1. Non-Tangible Services & Digital Products
All astrology services (horoscope reading, kundli matching, numerology, tarot, Vastu consultation, etc.) provided by Devdaksh Astrology are non-tangible and digital in nature. Hence, no refunds shall be entertained once the service has been rendered.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be initiated only under the following conditions:

The consultation could not be delivered due to technical issues from our end.

Incorrect payment or multiple transactions occurred.

You cancel the service before any analysis or consultation is initiated.
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment, with proof of error and valid reason.
3. How to Request a Refund

We will verify your request and process eligible refunds within 7-10 working days, as per our discretion.
4. No Refund Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

Change of mind after service purchase.

Delayed delivery due to incomplete client information.
5. Third-Party Payments
We do not take responsibility for any failed or incorrect payments made through third-party payment gateways or wallets. Please reach out to your respective financial service providers.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of refund matters will be handled by the management of Devdaksh Astrology, whose decision shall be final and binding.
